Post forearm guard crush

When guy has arm guard, feel which arm. 

With your free hand, spin the opposite way, and as you do it, swipe away the arm, them immediately put the swipe arm to your side to make sure ref dont call hook foul 

Your elbow should hit the back of his arm (tri cep)  for it to work 

The spin and the swipe away are simultaneously done

Player Homework
  1.  The more your sweat in times of peace, the less you bleed in times of war 
    1. How are your competitors training for the game right now? 
    2. Never train in perfect conditions, train in chaos and everything going wrong 
    3. If you are hard on yourself in training, then the game will be easy on me…but if I was easy on myself, then the game would be hard on me  
  2. Write down your accomplishments and read it over and over daily 
    1. This trains your brain to expect wins and show you are a winner 
  3. Set small goals throughout the day 
    1. Small goal examples 
      1. Make 20 shots 
      2. Make your bed 
      3. Do 10 pushups 
    2. Count the wins and add them up each day, week and month 
      1. This trains your mind to show I hit the goals here, and I will continue to hit the goals in the game 
  4. A navy seal will always has a consequence for not hitting a goal 
    1. Its not a punishment, but without the consequence you make room for doubt that will expand during game time 
      1. An example consequence: 
        1. stand in shower in nothing but cold water for 2 mins. Its brutal 
    2. When you do this right, you don’t  beat yourself up for coming up short 
      1. Its now done/over in your mind 
      2. Now you can move on with peace of mind and a clear conscience 
  5. Train when you don’t feel like it 
    1. Even when you are sick 
      1. “what if you are sick during a championship game? are you not gonna compete? 
        1. This is no different, so theres no excuses 
    2. This trains your body that you are prepared for this,
